Ingredients For Masala Garlic Cheesy Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the dry spices well.
  • 2. Make a soft dough with wheat flour,oil,salt and water.
  • 3. Cover the dough for 5 minutes with wet cloth.
  • 4. Crush garlic, mix green chilly and coriander.
  • 5. Roll a big chapati,grease with butter, sprinkle dry masala ,grated cheese,garlic mixture,mix herb ,red chilly flakes,oregano and press gently,
  • 6. Make a slit on one side of chapati and roll gently very carefully so that the stuffing does not come out.
  • 7. Flatten up the paratha and sprinkle some sesame seed , coriander and mix herb.
  • 8. Cook on hot tawa from both side with clarified butter or butter.
  • 9. Cook it well and serve with your favourite curry.
