Ingredients For Masala idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take semolina in a bowl.Add curd
  • 2. Mix it well.Now add water slowly.Make a thick batter not to liquid.Rest it for 10 minute
  • 3. Take crackling ingredients.Heat oil in pan.Crackle the mustard seeds and other ingredient too
  • 4. Add chopped onion nd corns and add masala also
  • 5. Add crackle spices in semolina batter.Grease the idli mould.
  • 6. Now add 1 tsp baking powder in semolina batter.Mix instant.
  • 7. Pour the batter in greased mould.
  • 8. Steam for 7 to 8 minutes in idli steamer.See the texture it will cooked well
  • 9. Serve with coconut, green chutni, tomato souce or mango chilli chutney.
