First fry the bay leaves, dried chilies, whole cumin seeds, whole garam masala, onion, tomato, coconut in a pan with a little oil.

Then when it cools down, paste it in the mix. The soaked kabli chana should be taken down in the pacer cooker with 2 whistles the night before.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled potato pieces a little. Add fried paste and spices. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt and sugar to taste and boiled kabali chana.

Add little water and cover. Before turn off the gas, you have to mix butter / ghee. Masala Kabli Chana should be served with roti or paratha.
