Ingredients For Masala Kabli Chana Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First fry the bay leaves, dried chilies, whole cumin seeds, whole garam masala, onion, tomato, coconut in a pan with a little oil.
  • 2. Then when it cools down, paste it in the mix. The soaked kabli chana should be taken down in the pacer cooker with 2 whistles the night before.
  • 3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled potato pieces a little. Add fried paste and spices. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt and sugar to taste and boiled kabali chana.
  • 4. Add little water and cover. Before turn off the gas, you have to mix butter / ghee. Masala Kabli Chana should be served with roti or paratha.
