Hello foodies. Today I am going to share authentic Rajasthani Tikkad with twist. This is kind of Indian bread. This is very healthy and made from mix flour.

Add all flour like wheat, bajari, maiz and gram.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.

Add ghee and mix well. Now gradually add water and knead semi soft dough.

Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take medium size ball from dough and flatten out in semi thick Puri.

Put this Puri on hot tawa and sprinkle all vegetables like Onion, garlic, green chilli, tomatoe and coriander leaves. Gently press it. Roast with 2 to 3 minutes or change colour.

Flip the side and roast with ghee. Our Tikkad is ready to serve.
