Ingredients For Missi roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mixed flour ,gram flour ,chopped onion,spinach leaves ,turmeric and mix it to the flour chilli powder salt and mix well and add kasoori meethi and mix to the flour,now gently add water and start kneading it and make a soft dough and covered it with a damp cloth for 30 mins after 30 minutes take out
  • 2. Knead it again and make a small dough and start making thicker chapatti from as usual ..and preheat the tawa and cook it in a slow flame .or you can it cook it in tandoor .with oil or butter
