Ingredients For Matar Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the peas in water for 7-8 hours.
  • 2. Add peas, salt, turmeric powder and water as required in the pressure cooker. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 whistles. Boiled peas are ready.
  • 3. Mix red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, black salt and fry cumin powder.
  • 4. Add chopped tomato, potato, radish, ginger, onion, green chili, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix.
  • 5. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney and onions.
  • 6. Garnish the matar chaat with coriander leaves and sev in a serving bowl, garnish with chole masala and serve.
  • 7. Spicy Matar Chaat is ready.
