How to make Matar Dhokla / green peas Dhokla Recipe

Firstly take one mixer jar add the green peas , garlic, ginger, green chillies and water as required make smooth paste,

Take one bowl, add the curd semolina mix nicely, then add the paste mix well, keep a side for half hour,

After half hour, add the salf and baking soda mix well,

Take steamer dish grease with oil and pour the batter and steam for 10-12 mins and sprinkle the red chilli powder. Steam the dhokla very well then cut into desire shape
5.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in small pan , add the mustard seeds and curry leaves , splutter then pour the tempering over the dhokla. Also top with coconut powder.
