Hello foodie friends....today I am going to share very delicious recipe of matar paneer. Who take veg diet like me dairy products and pulses are main source of protein. So paneer is protein rich dairy product and green peas is full of fiber. So this recipe is tasty and healthy.

Ingredients For Matar paneer recipe

Methods
  • 1. Let's cut paneer in diece. Shallow fry it and put in cold water.
  • 2. Par boil green peas. Drain out it.
  • 3. Heat oil in wok followed by ginger, garlic and green chillies paste. Saute it.
  • 4. Add whole spices followed by chopped onion. Let's it brown.
  • 5. Now add tomato puree and all regular spices. Let it cook till oil separate.
  • 6. Add green peas followed by paneer. Mix it properly
  • 7. Add required water to adjust consistency. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 8. Our matar paneer is ready. Enjoy with roti, paratha or naan.
