Ingredients For Matar Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash frozen matar. Keep it aside for coming in room temperature. Cut the paneer into cubes.
  • 2. Blend onion, tomato, ginger paste and cashew.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion paste. Roast it on low medium heat till oil starts releasing.
  • 4. Add all the spices, 1 tbsp water. Mix it well. Add matar. Roast it with masala .
  • 5. Add water to make gravy. Simmer it.
  • 6. Now add paneer cubes. Mix gently. Cook it for few minutes. Add kasuri methi , fresh cream. Mix it. Turn off the flame . Serve it with poori, paratha or jeera rice .
