Ingredients For Matar Poori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixer jar, add peas, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Grind it.
  • 2. Heat 2-3 tsp oil. Add grounded mixture. Roast it on low heat till it becomes dry .
  • 3. Add all the spices. Again roast for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Let it completely cool.
  • 5. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  • 6. Take one part , fill 1 tbsp matar mixture in it . Close it. Roll it lightly Make Poori.
  • 7. Heat oil . Deep fry all the pooris on medium high heat.
  • 8. Remove it in tissue paper. Serve hot.
