Ingredients For Mathari Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix it well with hands. Crumbling mixture is ready.
  • 2. Now gradually add water and make tight dough. Keep it aside for rest.
  • 3. Again knead the dough. Make roti from the dough. Prick it with fork. Cut the Mathari from cutter. Or roll it in desire shape.
  • 4. Heat oil . On low medium heat deep fry all the matharis.
