Boil the milk for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.and add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.Remove from heat .

Cool the mixture completely and transfer to a small matkas.cover the matka with cling wrap or aluminium foil and freeze for 6 hours.

Finally, garnish matka kulfi with glazed cherry and LAUKI Ka FALOODA and serve chilled.

For lauki falooda --- Take one Big (preferably long, little hard/having ripeness) bottle gourd .peel & carefully make thick long strands (like noodles) from upper layer of gourd(About 1Cm deep) with the help of hand grater.

Wash with water,drain & put on a dry cloth so that extra water is removed.

Now for 1 bowl of lachcha take ½cup of sugar, melt it in a heavy pan with 4 tbsps of water , boil it & make a thick syrup, now lower the flame & put all lachcha into the syrup. Carefully stir with the help of fork so that these lachcha remain intact.

After few minitues you will observe that syrup becomes thin. Continue to boil at low heat(15-20 min),till all the syrup has been soaked by the lachchas.

In the mean time check the lachcha they are almost done .Remove from the heat wait to cool down. check if there is any syrup. If so again heat for alittle while.Cool & add few drops of Rose essence .Keep in refrigerator to cool.
