Methods
  • 1. In a pot add all the ingredients. Rub and mix it.
  • 2. Gradually add water and knead tight dough.
  • 3. Divide it in very small equal sized ball.
  • 4. Press all the dough balls with your thumb.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry all the Mathari son low medium heat.
