Ingredients For Mix Dal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak mix dal for 1/2hrs.
  • 2. Pressure cook it until it becomes soft.
  • 3. Take a tadka pan, add mustard and cumin seeds. When it starts crackle add hing, onion, green chili and curry leaves. Sauté it.
  • 4. Add ginger and garlic. Saute. Add tomatoand all the spices. Stir it.
  • 5. Pour this tadka in cooked dal. Mix it well. Add chopped coriander leaves.
