Take a bowl add wheat flour, oats flour, ragi flour, salt, ghee and chilli. Now gradually add water , knead and dough well.

Now take a non-stick tawa and add 2-3 spoons oil and allow it to heat. Now add jeera, mixed vegetables, ginger chilli garlic paste and saute well. After adding all masala followed by mashed potato, mix well and allow to cook for a while.

Now take out 3 balls from dough and make 3 chapatis from 1 chapati cut ½ inch strips.

Now take 2nd chapati and cut out circle from it with the help of bowl.

Now take 3rd chapati and put stuffing on it left ½ inch distance from sides. Now arrange strips on filling and outer circle of chapati.

Now put oil on tawa and roast at low flame to make it crispy from outside and yummy from inside. Now sunflower paratha is ready to serve with Pickles or Curry.
