Ingredients For Mixed vegetable soup recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and cut carrots and bottle gourd. Halve tomatoes and slit green chillies.
  • 2. Heat 1 tbs butter in a pan. Fry pepper corns and cumin.
  • 3. Add all veggies, Fry for 2 min.
  • 4. Add water to cover vegetables. Cover & cook till soft.
  • 5. Once cool transfer to a grinding jar. Add cashews and make smooth puree.
  • 6. Strain the puree. Discard the residue.
  • 7. Heat butter in a pan. Fry ½ tsp pepper powder & cumin powder .
  • 8. Add strained puree and rock salt. Add water as required.
  • 9. Bring to boil. Simmer for 5 min.Turn off heat.
  • 10. Into another pan, add makhanas, rock salt, ghee and ¼ tsp pepper powder .Fry till crisp.
  • 11. While serving add this to soup.
