Methods
  • 1. Soak moong dal for two hours and strain it Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,moong dal,carom seeds,cumin seeds seeds salt,chilly flakes and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well
  • 2. The texture should be crumbly. Make a stiff dough with the help of water.
  • 3. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 4. Then with palm gently press each roll in mathri shape and roll out. Heat enough clarified butter in a pan
  • 5. Deep fry on low flame till golden n crispy. Serve hot w
