Ingredients For Moong Dal Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan, add butter and put it on medium flame.
  • 2. Now add peeled onions and cut it in thick slices. Now cook for a few minutes until it turns to pink color.
  • 3. Then add water and moong dal in it.
  • 4. Simmer it for approximately 30 minutes on low flame.
  • 5. Remove it from the flame then sieve the soup through a medium strainer and put in a bowl.
  • 6. Take a sauce pan, now add the soup, salt and pepper. Cook until the texture get thick.
  • 7. Take out in serving bowl and sprinkle some pepper.
  • 8. Moong Dal Soup is ready to serve hot.
