Ingredients For Moong Dal Toast Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash and soak the moong dal for half hour in warm water.
  • 2. Drain at it in a mixy with hing and salt.
  • 3. Now chop onion and capsicum and grate the carrot and keep ready.
  • 4. Now mix all the veggies with the ground moong dal. Add coriander and green chilli and mix well.
  • 5. Spread this on the bread and toast it on both sides with ghee or oil. Spread the mixture on both sides. Serve with hot and sour tomato sauce.
