In a coooker add ghee, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, chilli, tomato, onion, tomato puree, carrot, capsicum,mix it well. Now add soaked moong dal , oats mix it again.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix it well add water mix it again.

Close the cooker with lid. Wait for 2 whistle. Now khichdi is ready to serve.
