Ingredients For Motichoor ke ladoo recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, soak channa daal in water for four hours,then drain all water, and churn this channa daal in mixy without water
  • 2. Now from this channa daal paste deep fry in oil small bhajiyas till yellowish in color and immediately take them out
  • 3. Then let this bhajiyas come to room temperature,churn them in mixy to a coarse powder
  • 4. Now in a pan make one string sugar syrup of sugar and water,by adding cardamom powder,saffron strings,orange liquid food colour ,mix all well
  • 5. Then switch off the flame ,then add above coarse powder to sugar syrup,mix all well.
  • 6. Then switch on the flame for 2 minutes mix all well,switch off the gas
  • 7. Now make ladoos out of it
  • 8. Motichoor ke ladoos are ready to serve
