Ingredients For Motichur laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a deep frying pan add water, sugar and saffron threads.
  • 2. Heat the sugar syrup till one thread consistency
  • 3. Switch off the flame and keep the sugar solution aside
  • 4. Make a lump free batter of besan, using water which should neither be too thick nor too thin
  • 5. Now heat ghee in a pan and using a ladle make boondies from besan
  • 6. Spread the batter over the laddle and rotate the batter using other spoon
  • 7. The boondies will be formed with the perforations of the laddle
  • 8. We do not have to over fry the boondies and make them crisp
  • 9. It will take only 30_45 second
  • 10. Now add the cooked boondies to the hot sugar syrup
  • 11. Mix well and grind the mixture moderately with soft hands
  • 12. Now apply some ghee on Palm and make small laddu
