Multigrain Banana Pancakes with Hot Chocolate Recipe

Pancakes are part of every English breakfast. These are usually made with All purpose flour and eggs but I have replaced the maida with multigrain flour. My multigrain comprises of jowar, bajra, ragi and whole wheat flour. These are healthy and super tasty. Your kids can never say no to these yummy pancakes.

Methods
  • 1. Seive flour, baking soda, and powder. Add mashed banana and mix. Add milk and make a thick flowy batter. Add Vanilla essence.
  • 2. Heat a pan. brush little butter.
  • 3. Using a ladle pour the batter in the centre of pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Flip over and cook again for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Place in a pan and pour some chocolate sauce.
  • 6. Sprinkle choco chips and sprinkles for decoration.
