Ingredients For Mushroom 65 Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and pat dry mushrooms with kitchen towel.
  • 2. Cut mushrooms into quarters and keep aside.
  • 3. Take all purpose flour,cornflour and rice flour in a bowl.Add red chili, coriander, gram masala powder and mix well.
  • 4. Add 1-2 tbsp of water at a time and make a smooth batter.
  • 5. The batter should not be runny,but of medium consistency.
  • 6. Add the chopped mushrooms, coat them well with the batter and set aside for 5 minute.
  • 7. In a deep pan add sufficient oil and heat oil on medium heat.
  • 8. When oil is hot deep fry mushrooms in hot oil,flip and fry both side until golden brown and crispy.
  • 9. When mushrooms are done transfer to kitchen towel, serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
