Ingredients For Mushroom Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice and soak it for at least 10 minutes,
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the dry spices and onion,saute it until golden, add ginger garlic paste, mushroom and mint, coriander leaves and salt,green chili,red chili and garam masala.
  • 3. Saute it few minutes,pour rice and water, cook on a medium heat until all the water evaporates, when the rice is still soggy, cover with a lid, cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes until the rice is done fully,
  • 4. Serve mushroom pulav hot or warm with a simple raita and salad.
