Heat oil in a pan, add in the dry spices and onion,saute it until golden, add ginger garlic paste, mushroom and mint, coriander leaves and salt,green chili,red chili and garam masala.

Saute it few minutes,pour rice and water, cook on a medium heat until all the water evaporates, when the rice is still soggy, cover with a lid, cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes until the rice is done fully,

Serve mushroom pulav hot or warm with a simple raita and salad.
