Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add suji,sattu,oats powder and curd and mix well,now add carrot,capsicum,cumin seeds,green chilly,asafoetida,salt, coriander leaves and one cup of water and mix it well.
  • 2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Take a waffle maker and grease with clarified butter and add suji oats batter and cook for ten minutes.
  • 4. Place the navratan waffles on the plate and garnish with grated cheese and oregano.
  • 5. Serve hot.
