Ingredients For Nutella And Banana Swiss Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take flour in a bowl and add baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix well.
  • 2. Mash banana in a bowl and add butter and vanilla extract.
  • 3. Add sugar and mix well.
  • 4. Now add milk and flour mixture and mix from a wired whisker to make a smooth batter.
  • 5. Transfer this batter in a greased baking pan lined with baking sheet.
  • 6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes on 180°C, after bake immediately remove from pan and cut in 2 thin layers.
  • 7. When cake is hot roll it carefully with a cling wrap and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 8. After that open the roll, spread nutella on it and roll again, keep refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • 9. Finally unwrap the roll pour the chocolate sauce over it, cut in slices and enjoy.
