Oats carrot paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add the powdered oats, grated carrots, onions, green chilies, and combine everything well. Now add hot water little at a time and knead a soft dough.
  • 2. Now make medium sized balls from the dough and flatten with your palms. Roll it as thin as possible. It may seem difficult to roll into a perfectly round paratha, but that's completely fine. You may use butter paper to roll .
  • 3. Now, heat up a tawa and after rolling the paratha, carefully lift it and place on the hot tawa. Roast both sides properly. Add ghee while roasting. Serve hot with raita or pickle or any vegetable of your choice.
