Ingredients For Oats Coconut Cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla essence, until fluffy.
  • 2. Mix the baking soda and maida together.
  • 3. Now add in the maida, salt and cinnamon powder followed by oats, and desiccated, coconut and some milk, and fold them lightly into a dough.
  • 4. Once done, transfer the dough to a zip lock bag or a cling wrap, and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Make small oval shaped smooth ball of 17 grams each and place it on a baking tray, and bake it for 18-20 minutes.
  • 7. When baked, transfer it on a cooling rack.
  • 8. Oats coconut cookies are ready to serve.
