Heat one tsp of ghee in a kadhai and add oats .By stirring occasionally roast it on medium to low flame till it becomes crunchy. It will take around 4-5 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp chat masala. Mix well and switch off the flame.

Same as the above process roast the makhana too till it becomes crispy.

Now for preparing the chat whisk the curd in a mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar,salt, tomato,onion,cucumber and peanuts ,mix well.

Now add oats and makhana to the curd mixture.Take the prepared mixture in the serving bowl and add all the three chatneys, sprinkle chat masala,black salt, roasted cumin powder ,sev and pomegranate seeds.
