Recipe Notes

While making koftas , see that it doesn't break, if it breaks while frying then add a bit of cornflour a bit more . The gravy fr ths wat I showed u would get the original colour since no color added to the dish

Methods
  • 1. In a kadai add oil fry onions, tomatoes an mix well keep stirring till it becomes soft. Then add water too cool.
  • 2. Then grind into smooth paste. Add milk cream while grinding to get the smooth paste.
  • 3. Then in another kadai add butter, fry kasturi methi, then add red chilli pd, garam masala pd, egg curry powder.
  • 4. Mix well, then add the gravy an mix well . Then add the cashew nuts paste an milk cream an mix well. Then add salt according to taste.
  • 5. Keep stirring till oil comes out.
  • 6. Then in another bowl add masala oats, panneer, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt, cornflour an mix well
  • 7. Give a shape of the balls an deep fry it & then add it to the gravy.
