Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the oats and keep aside.
  • 2. Cut into cubs carrot potato and beetroot and chop the beans
  • 3. Heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard chana dal and urad dal.
  • 4. Saute the green chilli and onion now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water.
  • 5. After a boil cover it till the vegetables are cooked. Add roasted oats and cook it for -2 -3 minutes more, or till the oats done .
  • 6. Off the gas.
  • 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon juice.
