In a bowl combined gram flour, salt and enough along with sufficient water to make a dropping consistency batter. Mix well and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Dip each spinach leaf in gram flour batter and coat it completely.

gradually put them into the hot oil and deep fry until Golden brown in color On medium flame. Drain them on an absorbent paper. Fry all spinach leaves like this.

To make the paalak patta chaat arrange the fried spinach leaves in a plate . Place chopped onion and grated potatoes on each of the fried spinach leaves.

Spread green chutney and sweet turmarind chutney On spinach leaves as required. Top this with curd .

Sprinkle green chili and ginger. Finally Sprinkle salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala powder.

Garnish with potatoes sev and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
