Ingredients For Paalak patta chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and remove stem From spinach leaves.
  • 2. In a bowl combined gram flour, salt and enough along with sufficient water to make a dropping consistency batter. Mix well and keep aside.
  • 3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Dip each spinach leaf in gram flour batter and coat it completely.
  • 4. gradually put them into the hot oil and deep fry until Golden brown in color On medium flame. Drain them on an absorbent paper. Fry all spinach leaves like this.
  • 5. To make the paalak patta chaat arrange the fried spinach leaves in a plate . Place chopped onion and grated potatoes on each of the fried spinach leaves.
  • 6. Spread green chutney and sweet turmarind chutney On spinach leaves as required. Top this with curd .
  • 7. Sprinkle green chili and ginger. Finally Sprinkle salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala powder.
  • 8. Garnish with potatoes sev and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
