Methods
  • 1. Slice the onion and potato thinly. Wash it off well with water.
  • 2. Put onions, potatoes and all the ingredients in a vessel, prepare a batter of pakoras by adding little water as required.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add the mixture of pakoras little by little and fry these pakoras on medium flame till they become crisp golden.
  • 4. Remove it in a plate. Serve hot with sauce.
