Do not cook the recipe for long time after adding palak puree as it is already blanched and can loose it colour and nutrient content.

Ingredients For Palak Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash spinach and blanch it to make puree.
  • 2. Cut cottage cheese into medium cubes and deep fry in a pot.
  • 3. Take a pan add oil and whole spices and saute it for a while.
  • 4. Add ginger garlic paste and onion paste(you can use fine chopped onions).
  • 5. Cook it until the onion paste becomes translucent.
  • 6. Add powder spices along with salt in proper proportion.
  • 7. Add tomatoes chopped or pureed.
  • 8. Add the spinach puree and then add cottage cheese.
  • 9. Cook for not more the 2-3 minutes as the puree is already blanched and the cottage cheese deep fried.
  • 10. Garnish with fresh cream on top.
