Ingredients For Paneer Hyderabadi recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat water in vessel and blanch spinach leaves. Drain out water and deep spinach leaves incold water.
  • 2. Heat oil in wok. Add ginger garlic and green chillies paste followed by whole spices. Saute it.
  • 3. Add onion paste and saute it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 4. Now add spinach Puree followed by all spices.
  • 5. Add required water to adjust consistency.
  • 6. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
  • 7. Cut paneer in triangle shape or shape of your choice. Add in greavy. Mix gently and again cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
