Pizza is an italian dish and it have masala of pizza seasoning but today i mismatched masala and made Paneer Makhani Pizza. Here i also made pizza base and it made from whole wheat flour without yeast and without oven... so it’s a healthy pizza.

Ingredients For Paneer Makhani Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first we will make pizza base so take a bowl add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and mix now add curd mix it and add water and make a dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Now make a ball from dough and roll it slightly thin and prick in it with fork.
  • 3. Now heat the tawa and cook the pizza base slightly it takes 2-5 minutes.
  • 4. Now take a kadai add 2-3 tbsp oil in it heat it. Now add all the khada masalas onion tomato cashew garlic ginger, kashmiri lal mirch turmeric, dhaniya jira powder and some water now cook it till tomato cook well get soft.
  • 5. Now when this cooked completely cool the mixture and churn it in mixture grinder and make a smooth paste.
  • 6. Now take a bowl and add paneer, capsicum and onion. Now add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric and mix it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Now take oil in kadai and shallow fry paneer onion and capsicum.
  • 8. Now take it in a bowl now take a kadai heat the oil now add gravy in it add garam masala and salt in it and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 9. Now take a pizza base put some butter on it now put the makhani gravy and put the topping of paneer, onion and capsicum.
  • 10. Now add cheese now put it on tava on slow flame and cover &cook it for 8-10 minutes till cheese got melted and pizza got crisp from bottom.
  • 11. Now serve the yummiest pizza.
