Will tear the milk by adding curd ,then strain it and tie in a mulmal cloth then roll with roller pin and keep heavy thing on top of paneer cloth so makes paneer flate.

Meanwhile we make topping take a non stick pan add butter and add chopped veggies saute for a minute add salt, black pepper, seasoning, and saus mix well.

Now tack paneer and cut into mid for thin slices, then spread saus first on slices put saute veggies with the help of spoon
