There is hardly anyone who doesn't like pani puri. So tried making bread using fine semolina (chiroti rava) and added the flavour of theekha pani puri water to it. The bread is round in shape and is a swirl bread. Have topped the bread with the stuffing similar to pani puri and served in bruschetta form. This starter would be a hit in any party as if your bread and topping is ready then this gets ready in just 15-20 minutes.
The bread baking time may vary due to different oven.
