Ingredients For Paniyaram/ Appe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix rava and curd together to form a thick paste.
  • 2. Adjust water to make idli like consistency.
  • 3. Mix all veggies, salt, red chilli powder.
  • 4. Heat appe pan.
  • 5. Add 2 big ladles of batter in a separate bowl.
  • 6. Add 1 tsp eno and mix.
  • 7. Add 1/4 tsp ghee in all appe moulds.
  • 8. Once ghee heats, add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  • 9. Once they splutter, add 1 tbsp batter in each mould, Cover the lid.
  • 10. Cook until crispy on both sides.
  • 11. Serve with mint chutney or coconut chutney.
