Ingredients For Parsi brown rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak rice for an hour, then drain.
  • 2. Heat ghee and saute , cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaf,star anise and cinnamon stick.
  • 3. Add sliced onions and fry till brown.
  • 4. Add 3 cups water and salt and cook till boils.
  • 5. When boils add soaked rice cover the lid and cook till done. Serve hot.
