Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut parwal and potatoes .
  • 2. Heat ghee , add cumin seeds, when it starts crackle add parwal and aalu. Cook it on medium heat.
  • 3. Add all the spices. Mix it well. Cook until it becomes soft and crispy.
