In VALENTINES week I have made a traditional famous Indian...... SWEET DISH named PATISAPTA. I have made a twist and result is a MAGIC... because generally coconut mixed with Jaggery is used as the stuffed ingredients inside the Patisapta . I have used chocolate inside the Patisapta which is liked by children to aged persons.
The gas flame should be slow, otherwise the Patisapta becomes spoiled and burned
