Pav bhaji, is a delicious blend of vegetables cooked with butter and spices and served with bread known as pav, chopped onions, lemon and green chutney.

In a pan add butter, ginger garlic paste, onions, capsicum, tomatoes, potatoes, peas. Cook till get soft and mash it. Add water to adjust consistency, add pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, salt. Add paneer and coriander. And cook it on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot with butter on top, and pav.
