Ingredients For Peanut Chikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grease rolling pin, kitchen board with ghee.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom wok, add jaggery and 1 spoon water cook on low flame.Add 1/2 tsp ghee. Stir continuesly.
  • 3. Check the jaggery syrup in water. Drop few drops of syrup in water,take it in your hand and press,it should break.
  • 4. Add the roasted peanuts to the pan and mix well. till peanuts are well coated with the jaggery syrup.
  • 5. Switch off the flame and quickly pour the chikki mixture on the greased board.With the help of rolling pin,roll it, crush and set the level of chikki.
  • 6. Let it cool at room temperature.
