Ingredients For Peas kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a paste of green peas. Take a tan, add 1tablespoon oil, add hing, ginger paste. Saute for 30sec.
  • 2. Add peas paste, salt, sugar. Fry on low flame for next 5-6minutes.
  • 3. Once it comes out from pan, turn off the gas and keep it aside. Let it cool completely.
  • 4. Make a dough with maida, pinch of salt, 1tablespoon oil and water. Rest it fir 30 minutes.
  • 5. Take small portion of maida. Fill some amount of peas stuffing and make sure no stuffing comes out. Flatten it like poori.
  • 6. Follow the same for rest of the dough and stuffing.
  • 7. Heat oil, fry the kachories until golden. Serve it with sloo dum or any side dish as per your choice.
