To store the puree you can keep it in air tight container and refrigerate it . It stays good for about 1 month.

Methods
  • 1. Without removing the skin of the plums blend them to make a smooth puree out of it.
  • 2. Take out the puree in a bowl and start adding sugar , black salt , roasted cumin powder , red chilli powder and salt.
  • 3. Heat a pan and add this puree and wait till it comes to boil.
  • 4. For 1 glass add 2 to 3 tsp of puree and add water or soda as per your choice .
  • 5. Garnish it with some mint leaves and serve chilled.
