Recipe Notes

After deep in maida slurry and coat with bread crumbs you can store it in air tight container in deep fridge for 1 week. You may use fresh bread crumbs also.

Ingredients For Poha Baars (pavbhaji flavoured) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1st wash poha for 2 to 3 times and mashed with hands.
  • 2. Heat butter in kadai and add ginger garlic and green chilli paste. Saute it.
  • 3. Add onion and give it nice toss.
  • 4. Add capcicum and give it nice toss.
  • 5. Now add poha, semolina and mashed potatoes. Add 2 to 3 spoon water.
  • 6. Add all spice like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, salt and lemon juice.
  • 7. Mix well with hands and give it nice binding.
  • 8. Apply oil in Trey and equally sepread mixture on it. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour or in deep fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  • 9. After cut it in regtangle shape or shape of your choice.
  • 10. Deep in maida slurry and coat with bread crumbs.
  • 11. Deep fry or shallow fry on medium to fast flame till become crispy.
  • 12. Our poha Baar is ready. Serve with catch-up or Chutney.
