Dry roast the poha in a Pan on a slow flame for about 5/6 minutes. Then let it cool completely

Now take roasted poha in a bowl

Add chopped onions ,tomatoes,green chilli, coriander leaves , Namkeen sev,roasted/fried peanuts , Salt, black Salt , chaat masala, and lemon juice mix all together.

Add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. Add 2 tbsp Namkeen bhujiya mix all together
