Soak poha for 3 mins,rinse well & drain.Poha should be mashable & transfer it in a mixing bowl.Add ginger garlic paste,grated potatoes,carrot along with the turmeric powder,chat Masala,garam Masala powder,Corriander leaves & salt to taste.

Mix well & grease oil in your hands & shape the mixture like a roll.Heat oil in a medium flame & deep fry it until it became golden brown.Your hot & yummy poha cutlet is ready to serve.

Serve hot poha cutlet with ketchup & green chutney.
